Please listen to me, the only safe and lasting way to lose weight is still to regulate how many calories you use up daily compared to how many calories, (which are units of energy) you consume. Nobody should stop eating completely, as then you lose muscle mass as well as body fat which can be dangerous.Try to eat more whole grains, (whole grain bread, cereals, etc. and more fruits and vegetables. Cut down on much fat intake by using skim or 1% milk, Fat free yogurt, monosaturated fats, like Olive oil, which is good for you in other ways, too, Canola oil, safflower oil and sunflower oil, but still limit your fat intake of even good fats. Some fat intake is nessary for your body to process the nutrients you take in. As far as meat and fish, non-oily fish such as salmon, tuna, cod, haddock and more are good, but not breaded and fried. Try baking or broiling them. The same goes for meats, try to stay away from fatty cuts, opt for the lowesr amount of fat in your ground beef as you can afford. Ground white-meat turkey is a good substitute. Boneless chicken breasts and well-trimmed pork are also good , as are beef cuts that don't have alot of marbeling, (which is too bad, because this makes the best steaks!) Look for beef cuts which are well-trimmed of fat. Try using non-stick spray and a tiny bit of olive oil and herbs to saute, or broil, bake, or braise. For snacks, try raw vegetables like carrot and celery sticks, and don't buy any junk food snacks, they're bad for your kids, too. Try to eat as many fresh vegetables you can, including potatoes-VERY good for you, summer squash, zucchini, winter squash, asparagus,caulifower and brocolli,(without the cheese sause)dark, leafy greens,like spinach, kale, Baked white and sweet potatoes, especially if eaten with the skin on, are nutritious and satisfying. Just remember to try and stay away from butter, regular margarine, sugar, and regular salt. Sea salt doesn't have the sodium in it that regular salt does. For flavor, try a good quality Olive oil to drizzle on for flavor instead, and try herbs for flavor too. You can use a small amount of non-fat sour cream, even non-fat half and half. Cheese is quite fattening and it's a saturated fat. They make low-fat cheeses, but in my experience the taste and texture is so disappointing, I try to use hard and soft cheeses in moderation.
With your schedule, it must be very tempting to eat quick and easy prcessed or take-out food. All these changes, should you like to try them, take time. Also, if you're feeling really stressed out about your weight, your school and your kids, which anyone could be, believe it or not, just being under alot of stress can make it easy to gain weight and hard to lose it. The diet I've suggested, along with perhaps working with your friends for kid's transportation, trading after school rides and time, appropriate sleep-overs, and the like can give you all more time for yourselves, because relaxation is important, too.
I wish you much luck, and apologize for going on and on, but I've been there, and know how hard it all is.
First, put small amounts of wholesome food into your body, and see how it goes, please don't starve your body and your brain.

First of all keep your ******* hand out of your ******* mouth....second of all eat!! EAAAT!!! and 3rd of all....losing weight the unhealthy way will just have a worse outcome.... why dont you exersice more OR eat less rather than stop eating as a whole!! Not eating wont do anything itll make u look like a sick dead zombie and no one will be attracted to your ***!........ so why dont you join some sort of weight watchers for christ sake! Im sure a doctor could tell you better ways too lose weight! are you a doctor NO!.... So what makes u think you can solve the problem BETTER than an effing doctor can!.... ??? EXACTLY!!
You probably see the more skinnier girls walking around and u get depressed and inspired to look like them. But some of them are naturally skinny ya think??... Geez not everyone can be skinny! and not everyone can GET skinny! Im telling u, if u stop eating you will still feel fat cuz of the flab that will be and itll become a habit to you... how would u like if ur kids were told "Well kids your mom died from wanting to be skinny" ??? hmmmm

The less you eat, the more your body will hold on to your weight. When you are in starvation mode, your body says, "wait just a minute; you are forcing me to hold on to all of your extra baggage, just incase I need to tap into it". It's also very unhealthy.
The best diet for losing weight and staying at a healthy weight, is to eat all of the food groups, in reasonable quantity, every day. That said, if it is too hard for you to determine which foods and how much, then join Weight Watchers and you will learn there.
If you continue to drink water and not eat, your body will start to burn lean muscle tissue, and the toxins produced will make you very ill.
Please consider an organized diet plan like Weight Watchers. It really does work and it's a healthy for-life plan.

There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.

I used to be fat! You should eat-don't eat any starches and eat very little protien but you should be eating fruits and veggie's. i have this wonderful workout cd. i worked out for about an hour everyday and got some burn fat pills. you should never eat in front of the computer or TV, drink at least 8 cups of water every day. I am now skinny and am sooooooooooo happy don't not eat because you can die!!!!!!!!!1

The kind of diet you have chose for yourself is ultimately going to land you in serious medical trouble and damage your health.
I would advise you to opt for two things:
a] get rid of seeking approval of others for ur appearance
b] start walking with bit of breathing exercises
Remember you have reached this stage of your
appearance slowly so you wont be able to change it over night.If you kids can join in ur walks and exercise routine , it would be such a rewarding undertaking
