1. Shampoo is meant to cleanse the hair.
2. Starting from the scalp.
3. The Medulla is the centre of the hair and then cortex and cuticle.
4. Cuticles closure depends on acidity of product.
5. Cortex is the middle of the hair and holds the melanin or colour pigments, and hair proteins.

no... :((( I've tried every shampoo in the world but still can't find "the one" for my hair... but, i don't care much about my shampoo, it's all about the conditioner and/or mask....
