Yes, I do. The doctors don't agree, but I do. The only bad thing is you have to see the doctor that is available. I know Canada provides this. There are too many people who can't afford insurance and too many doctors who will not see you unless you have insurance or can pay the whole payment right at the time you see them. Very unfair. Some cities and states are now providing free care clinics to people without enough money. Hopefully, this will continue to get better.

Technically there is not such thing as 'free' health care anywhere. All doctors, nurses, lab techs, medicines, xrays whatever, cost $$$$$. It is just about 'who' pays, sometimes it is the individual at that moment, sometimes the individual pays via the employer by having insurance premiums taken out instead of more pay, sometimes the individual pays via taxes. None of the health care workers or medical equipment is free, so someone is paying for it by some means.
Usually the 'free' question really means should taxpayers pay more taxes to cover health care ?
Or are you aware of someplace that actually gives medical care away without charging ? Do you do your job for no pay ? If so, how do you pay rent & buy groceries ?
NOTE: the Canadians and Australians pay a huge % of their paycheck to taxes to pay for medical care. It is way more expensive in reality there !

No! We need to have the best healthcare and options for treatment. A lot of people don't understand that by having standardized healthcare we would loose a lot to gain very little. So you might save a couple hundred dollars a month on insurance but you would make it up on other taxes etc... Device manufacturer's would be hit really hard and the development of new improved treatment options would be replaced with cheaper options. Not a good thing!

We need better treatments for sure. We're behind other countries because of the greed of the pharmacuetical companies and the FDA. I suggest reading Kevin Trudeau's book, Natural Cures They Don't Want You To Know About. You will learn alot about what's going on.

No. Hospitals and clinics would be overcrowded if anyone could just walk in any time and get health care. It's bad enough with the people who already don't have insurance coming in and just getting something for free.

all it;'s citizens to get medical help when necessary , with a program of free health care at all level

No such thing as free. Someone pays for it and it will be the lower middle class...as usual. Not an easy dilemma, we are not spending our tax monies wisely overseas OR domestically. Taxpayers will ultimately foot the bill so my vote is no as governments tend to screw the simplest thing up.

There is no such thing as free health care. It isn't paid for by the poor. It isn't paid for by the rich. Surprise - it is the middle class that pays extra to grant that free health care. I think we have paid for enough already.
