Well, I'm from the US, but I can say that I would never have any qualm about dating someone based on his race. When I see a black man, I don't think anything different than I do when I see a white, Asian, etc. man..."Move to the left so you don't run into them and appear rude."

Try to start a conversation--feel the situation out more. If she seems okay with talking, then you are probably on the right track. If she isn't okay, then move on--you are better than that. Good luck!

Not sure, really; guess it kinda depends on how you've been raised
I don't fancy black men usually, but neither do I retch if I see one; I acknowledge them as a fellow human being with dark skin and move on. It's a matter of personal taste, not prejudice(but that's just me...)

I don't mind seeing it. I'm Asian and have dated several Blacks guys during the years and had a relationship with one for two years. I know how your feeling about interracial relationships since it frown about my culture. Have you tried talking to her about it? I have talk to many people about having a relationship with other cultures. It won't hurt if you bring up the subject of interracial relationships if it doesn't hurt your friendship with her.

Honestly I think that there is no trouble on earth with "dating out of her race", as you say. I would date a black guy or any other "color" guy if they matched other, more important, requirements.
Give it a shot man. If she isn't up to dating a black guy then she isn't worthy of you.

I've dated many black guys and my parents have no problems with it. Im sure if I did date a Han Chinese guy, they'll be fine with it too. "If your happy," they say.

The color of one's skin should not matter. People are people. If skin color matters to her, then you wouldn't want to be with her anyways. The person you're with should want to get to know you based on what's inside you, not on the color of your skin.
