Or, if you've been in the immediate vicinity of a heavy user, you may well have inhaled enough second-hand-smoke to to give a positive trace, though probably at a low level - unless it was a VERY good party.

Any method of getting THC into your blood, I am thinking of someone using it to cook with, would result in a positive test.
