I haven't found one. Most want ten bucks to do even a cursory search.

I have try-ed in the past to do this also, and had know luck, I think most all websites do charge for this. unless you know someone in the Law Enforcement or a police man that can do this for you. although they still have to have a good enough reason to do this. I think it only cost about $10. - $15. and if you are really needing this information it would be worth the little money it does cost.

sorry but no, you have to pay for all background checks because they give out private information.
