There's one called Salazar's that serves tongue in chile verde with rice, beans, and tortillas on Thursdays:

Salazar's Fine Mexican Food
1502 Market St.
San Diego, CA 92101
Open Daily 6:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.

There's also Taqueria El Rodeo:

4491 El Cajon Blvd.
City Heights, 619-516-5256.

Tiny place with fresh corn tortillas and delicious barbacoa too. Yummm. Sorry, no website.

Finally, there's

Tacos El Gordo
1351 Third Avenue
Chula Vista
619-424-7465

Not only do they have lengua, but also cabeza, sesos, buche, and tripa.

Happy eating!
