Education of life, lifes situations are the funniest and the most common between us, so it makes us laugh.
Timing, when to hold a pause.
Enjoying yourself, you could have the funniest jokes in the world, if you have a bad attitude....it's not funny.
Even the comedians laugh encourages more laughter.
Best of all, courage to be a failure and love it, because it's all in fun.

its mostly if u hear or see sumthing, and u have to have good timing, and make a joke about it. NEVER laugh at ur own joke unless other ppl laugh first. and don't try too hard. most ppl are just born with it. and if ur telling a joke, make sure u know exactly how the joke goes! it's always humiliating to find that u forgot the punchline or a part of the joke when ur in the middle of telling it.

Not everthing you say will be funny say whatever comes to mind at the time It takes 6 hours of shooting to make 1 episode of Who;s Line is it anyways so just know you will not be funny all the time but you will get people to laugh

I'm not sure it's something you can learn. You have to think fast and know what's funny and what isn't.

presentation...how you deliver the joke. you can learn to tell jokes by practicing. see which style you use receives the most laughs and just refine it from there. good luck!

humor is found in irony---- like being happy over a situation that sucks.......or even just something that everybody understands....... people want to laugh so all you have to after introducing the idea of a joke,etc. is try to to make them happy---------------------ooh! and wit, none likes to insulted so dont get your routine messed up, thatll ruin the whole illusion of you having the power to MAKE them laugh.....good luck!
