who do you get rid of a drug dealer without calling the police...?

he comes around all the time and carries a pistol everywhere, so i dont want to make him really angry, b/c i dont want to be shot or have my house robbed later.

Assuming that the dealer is not a psychopath or a sociopath - make it an issue of respect. A lot of thugs do not like being disrespected nor disrespecting other people (which is why he carries a gun - for his own protection and he is entitled to do that if you live in a concealed carry state). You can find out his name and see if he's a convicted felon - convicted felons are not allowed to carry weapons - there's a 5-20 year prison sentence.

Get in his face and say that his presence is disrespectful and ask him how has he disrespected you? Mention that you are not interested in police or causing trouble - make it an issue of respect for your property and neighborhood. If he has one ounce of respect left in his thug body - he will leave you alone and you will never see you again. For what it is worth - he may become your friend.

Do you have a 'neighborhood watch' in your area? You could ask their help.
You don't let us know why you are so concerned with this drug dealer coming around. Is he coming to YOUR house? Is he going out with your daughter or something?
You could call the police from a pay phone or use a calling card to call them so that they don't have your home phone number. When you speak to them, you could give a fake name or tell them you wish to remain anonymous. Try not to confront this person yourself.

Well, if he carries a weapon my dear. You need to get some kind of law enforcement involved for your safety.
Explain to the law that he is a possible threat and you want him not to come around . Tell them you are afraid for YOUR LIFE. The lint team would be a good resource to call for answers on how to deal with him.

I would look up on the net or call the operator or look in the phone book for, "we tip hot line" is what it is where I live. The number is toll free. You'll be 100% anonymous. They wont ask you who you are. No cops will visit you. They wont know who made the call. We tip will call the cops for you. They provide this service for people in your situation for free. There is one that lives down the road from me. The cops have buted them 5 times and they still sell. If you figure out how to fix the problem let me know.

there is no way you can get rid of this guy on your own you have to tell the police and make sure you tell them that he is armed.
for gods sake dont try and be a vigilanty and do it yourself as your sure to piss him off and end up getting shot or worse.
you dont have to go to the police in person you can do it anonymously over the phone make sure you give them as many details as you can.

Be passive-aggressive to him. Tell him hi, how you doing, try funny **** in my house and I will cut your nuts off. He doesn't want the cops called on him so he's not going to try anything against you if don't show fear.
