I prefer Pam because it light, but a lot of the cooks on foodnetwork grease their cookie sheets with butter. It's really all personal preference.

Pam its designed for baking
but you can also use butter because pam isn't that great for you..well neither is butter but its better for you than pam. pam has all of these chemicals in it and personally I think butter makes the food taste better
