I have been feeling very stressed and it is starting to effect my body.I'm not having problems at home or at school, but my mind just feels so over- worked and stressed out.My body has also been feeling weak, sore, and insanely uncomfortable/awkward.I take naps more often, and when I wake up I feel very sore.I'm also starting to lash out at family members without thinking about ti beforehand ,and thier reactions often add to my buisy mind's stress.
Recently everything feels so wrong and "sharp".Every noise seems to be sounds like breaking glass.
What can I do (besides anything that requires me to shove a pill down my throat) to get rid of this?
I am 14 if that helps at all.

You may be having a hormone shift, you're at the right age for one. You may be anemic. It could be many things. Make an appt to see your family or gyn doctor and get blood work done. They will check to make sure you are "healthy," check hormones ect. If everything checks out, talk to your doc about the next step, honey, we don't know you, we can only guess but your doctor knows your history and everything. You sound like a normal teenage girl growing thru normal changes. All teen go through some level of this. God Bless.

Your age may be the issue. Key word here is "may.
The reason I say this is because you could be having reactions to puberty, and are going through a growth spurt. The changing of hormones that your body is going through makes you more touchy and grumpier than usual. The growth spurt will actually make your bones and joints ache. Start trying to have quiet times to yourself -- so that you can relax. Learning some relaxation techniques may help you -- for example a yoga class.
You write like you are much older than 14 -- you must be one of those very smart intuitive 14 year olds.

Your life seems a lot like mine right now, but I am 55. I have had tons of stress this year. I have had 3 surgeries, my husband has had stomach cnacer and surgery for that. Money has been tight because he was out of work for a long time, and lots of medical bills. I just keep getting more and more depressed.
See your doctor or your counselor at school. You may be depressed too and not know it. Seek help.

First of all get help!!!! See a counsellor or a therapist and explain that you would rather avoid pills if possible but also it might help you to write your stresses or the things your going through down on paper or in a journal. I know some people think writing a diary is lame, but don't call it that-it helps

You're running on overload.also sounds like you're putting a lot of internal pressure on yourself. Get some outdoor time in the sun and regular exercise like swimming (even if it's indoors), dancing. That will get rid of the sore spots in your body. Drink a lot of fluids to help detoxify. If you use alcohol, drugs or tobacco, put 'em on a shelf.
