Do you eat when you are depressed? I know I do and it has made me gain weight and sometimes the meds you take can make you gain weight. It is really hard to lose weight but it can be done. You just have to decide if you want to do it. They say that walking can really help with depression, try it and see. I know how you feel. My best to you.

i have almost the same problem. i think you will feel alot better about yourself if you exersise a half hour every day or more. since your trouble area seems to be the tummey area. you can do standing ab exercsies. if you have on demand they have free programs that work really well. i started working out and then i got a 6 pack. i never thought i could do it. what a self esteam boost! it akes alot of time but if you stick with it - wow! p.s. drink a lot of cold water. this will burn some cals, and help keep zits away to. and also once you do reach your goal u will feel better than all of the naturally skiny people ever did. good luck! and dont fast it adds weight in the long run...or u die. so yeah not a good idea (i tried it to :( )

They both can feed of each other. Some people eat because their depressed because their fat. If that makes any sense at all.
