Getting wisdom is focusing your mind to what you are learning and then for each learning try to understand where all those learnings came from and where it is leading you in life. In the school of learnings, oftentimes you fake your way to memorizing the lessons so that you can answer the test when it comes. Those are just like fleeting moments that you tend to forget easily through the passage of time. But when each lesson is fully understood, only your death will stop you from knowing the things you have learned if not your health that caused you to forget things. Fear of God constitutes the way to understand Him.

You can do well in school if you pray about what subjects to take that will equip you for God's plan for your life. You can do well in school if you study hard so that when you ask the Holy Spirit to remind you of the answers He will have something to remind you of. You can do well in school by studying as unto the Lord because you plan on using the knowledge that you gain to support his Kingdom work here on earth. The Lord will bless a student who combines the right motives with diligent work in Jesus' name, amen!

First, you have to learn how to question the legitimacy of your God. Is your God the only God? Arent there others? What do the others believe? Why is it that man has created for itself so many different Gods to follow? Smart people tend to ask the right questions. I wish I was a smart person. Good thing we both came to answers!

I would say the best step to becoming wise is to experience life rather thatn learn about it from books; don't get me wrong, the pursuit of knowledge is good and books are a useful tool, but wisdom comes from seeking it, not attaining it. My greatest teachers are the rocks, the streams, the birds and the trees. happy journey to you.

Let God lead you down the paths of wisdom and righteousness, no one will be great at everything, but many are great at some things.

Arm yourself. Study harder.
Act stupid, talk stupid, keep your aces on your sleeves. Let them think you are what you are not. Then give them the knockout punch on least expected moment.
Tell you what.... you would give them lasting impression. You and the rest would agree how smart and wiser you are.

Listen to your teachers, take notes, study after school, do all your homework, and then pray for success. This is my formula, and I find it works.
