Evolution 101: Can Christians be educated?

1. Macro and Micro evolution is the same only a different amount of time, if you claim one exists, you say the other exists as well.
2. FYI Man from Ape is Micro evolution (we are the same species = primates)

......So how is it coming along trying to find proof for that invisible God in the sky?...lol

if you are a christian then you are definitely educated. a lot would claim to be christians but their thoughts and acts sadly distinguishes them otherwise.

Micro and Macro evolution are evolution in a whole indeed, they just try to break it up and say one is not real for their theology. The longer the length in time a mutation happens the more it becomes a new species, Evolution 101.
Man and Ape are indeed the same 'species group' (primates), and is indeed Micro evolution, but they will argue that as well trying to say man is as much different from apes as an alligator is to a bird (pure Ignorance).
Also some species change and some remain the same and can co-exist through time. That's evolution. (Darwin's survival of the fittest)
Also the uneducated like to say "why haven't apes evolved then?" if they ever took a science class they would know they did and that man and ape were from a common ancient ape ancestor.
But once again, you can have a mountain of proof and they will still hold on to their fairy tales like little children.

Can atheist propaganda be challenged?

1. Macro is saying a lizard became a bird over time while micro is variation WITHIN A SPECIES. There is evidence for micro but so far the evidence for macro is worse than the Arizona Cardinals trying to play football.

2. Biology 101: man is not the same species as apes. Look up the definition of "species." Thats like saying a hamster is the same species as a rat. While they are both rodents they are not the same species.

3. There have been no transitional models found, only a variety of species. If evolution was the case, we'd be finding layer upon layer transitional models since it would have happened over vast years of time but you can only find a couple models of variations of apes? PLEASE! You may be conviced because it helps your disbelief in God but looking at it as a skeptical detective, the evidence is flimsy at best. Evolutionary theory would need a miracle from God to get proven beyond a shadow of a doubt and I dont think hes going to help you there.

Actually God is ready to reveal himself to people that believe in him. He can even do it for you when you are ready!

YES indeed! Christians can be educated to the knowledge that evolution is an anti-god BELIEF that is not supported by the facts.

The difference between micro and macro evolution is not about time, but the KIND of changes that supposedly takes place. Limits to variation are in the DNA, you can kiss a frog for a million years and it still won't turn into a prince!

If there is any link between man and apes, it is certainly not evolutionary, but that we share a common designer/Creator.

The evidence for God is not hard to find at all, you just need to open your eyes to the world around you, use some commonsense, and listen to what the Bible says about the world today.

Do you have any idea what you're talking about???

1. Macro evolution is a hypothetical set of changes that create a new species. Micro evolution is a set of changes within the species. Two totally different concepts. Getting a longer beak isn't the same as having two intricate wings suddenly appear on your back.

2. PLEASE! Take Biology 101 for crying out loud!!! Men and Apes (and the different types of Apes) are completely different species: look it up, smart guy! You try to breed with a chimpanzee and produce offspring!

3. Of course there are links between Men and Apes (which is a term encompassing many species, as I've mentioned): They are the animals that are most similar to us. That does not show that we came from them!

We who believe in Creation or Intelligent Design don't have to prove anything. God made it! You on the other hand, have to answer for the many flaws and impossibilities of evolution. Good luck!

So this is one of those antagonistic discussions, where people like to generalize and make fun of each other. That's unfortunate.

1. Correct.

2. Uh, dude, primates isn't a species, last time I checked.

3. Why bother with fossils, evolution is happening in real time, and there are changes quite visible in our lifetimes, especially in the more rapidly reproducing species. There's no point in denying that these changes occur.

However there's no point in trying to disprove God either, it's not the realm of science, it's the realm of faith.

Many are going to see only what they want to see. Others are going to look for the truth.

Marco and Mirco evolution are definitely not the same. In Micro Evolution, animals adapt to a new or changing environment; that's logical but as for example...lizards evolving into tigers; this has not been proven.
If man evolved from apes then all apes would have evolved and you couldn't tell the difference between apes and men.
DNA also shows that rats are as close to man as apes; so, did man also evolve from rats?
So lets get of this education thing; we all are educated in our own way. God is not in the sky; whether you believe it or not, God dwells within you.

Okay if that's what you believe then how did everything get started?Does an ape have a spirit or soul? How did man evolve from an ape when an ape can't talk, sing, reason,love,cry,express any kind of emotion except an animal instinct. Look around at all the beauty, do you really think it just evolved? do no longer confuse maximum folk of Christians with a small vocal sect that believes interior the literal word of the Bible. a million. we've in easy terms been making observations long sufficient to video demonstrate microevolution. 2. Primates are an order, no longer a species. The family individuals Hominidae is the large apes, inclusive of guy -- 7 species over quite a few genera. 3. DNA is quite definitive. The fossil record is fragmentary yet convincing. None of this disproves God -- in easy terms the literal analyzing of the Bible. I won't enable anybody play loosely with the data.

Why did we stop "evolving"? If we came from apes and DNA proves it, then why can't we reproduce with them?
