Please tell me if my translations are correct. (in spelling and grammar)
I am unique and talented. - Ego sum unicus et ingeniosus.
I do not like to eat sweet food. - Ego non amo cibum dulcum cenare.
I am not able to speak French. Ego non possum linguum gallicum orare.
When I grow up, I do not want to be an accountant. - Ubi maturo, ego nolo ratiocinatrem esse.
Ego possum in symphonia tractare. - I am able to perform in a musical performance.

As the other answerer said, ego is not required. The verb form is enough.
Sentence two: "Non me placet cibum dulcem edere" would be better. Or "non gusto cibum dulcem" (I don't enjoy sweet food).
Sentence three: not orare (which means pray) but loqui. (Have you done deponent verbs yet? Linguam gallicam.
"When" is quando, not ubi. Quando maturabo (future tense)

They are all correct, but putting 'ego' is not necessary as the sum implies it.
