No this is not friendly, What are you doing when they do this to you? Are you talking on Cellphone, driving to slow in left lane, not using turn signals or some other bad driving habit that drives people to show there low IQ.

No, it's not a good thing. It means that they are flipping you off because you have cut them off, or taking out their frustrations on you. So don't thank them if you see someone's middle finger...it's not a gesture of "thanks" or "how are you?"

that is not a good thing. the sign of the middle finger is usually means a lot of bad words. another way to say is that they are flipping u off.

No they are not telling you you are #1. they are quietly swearing at you by giving you the bird which in itself means many things such as "Go (fill in space) off!" Just shows how much manners they have.
