the only different you never mention a christian man did it. but you will be so excited to say "a muslim man did it". that's how unfair you can be. Islam, this beautiful religion protects our rights and our women. leave Islam alone, we already know its the true word from our lord.

Are you saying that all Muslim women are treated well? If not, then don't use random examples to "prove" that all non-Muslims treat "their women" badly, too. Myself, I just say that there are bad people, men and women, who abuse their spouses and children. It's an awful thing. What makes it worse, though, is that religions encourage this behavior by making it seem that some people are "better than" or "superior to" others.

I'm a Humanist, and my wife is my equal partner. There are things she naturally does better than I do, and things I naturally do better than she, but we're equal in dignity and rights. Neither of us has the right to command or harm the other. There is no "head" of the house. We make decisions together, like adults.

I'd like to say this without any prejudice whatsoever.

While it's probably true that most Muslims love and cherish their wife and sister and mother; it's unfortunately, also true that many Muslims treat their women like dirt, especially when the woman in question is a non-Muslim that they've "married".

These events get a lot of Media coverage and the tendency of people is to believe that all of you are such.

I'd suggest that the Muslims who are not that kind decry and denounce those who do such things and re-establish your credibility in Society.

u r right and i think those who has the idea that women r not treated well coz of islam then they should read more about islam be4 they judge anyone
but let me say this not all muslim women been treated well not coz they have a muslim husband but coz thier husband doesnot know what islam is and they r not religious coz if they r religious they will know that is a sin (in the religion of islam)
