" I love you" in Arabic as you can observe differ from one region to another. In the most widely spoken ( and mainly all the movies and songs) dialect, namely the Egyptian " I love you" is " Ana be7ebbek" ( when referring to a female) and "Ana ba7ebbak" ( when to a male). The sound "7" is actually one of the two Arabic sounds for "h", but pronounciated deep in the throat. Other words with that "7" are for example "7anan" ( tenderness), "7amas"( enthusiasm), "7ijab",etc.
Hope that is of help.
Have a nice time!

It's Ø£ØبÙ
The pronunciation is:
If you're speaking to a male, it's uHibbuka
If you're speaking to a female it's uHibbuki
The "H" is pronounced deep in the throat. It's a sound not found in English.
Note: Keep in mind this is for Modern Standard Arabic which is more or less understood by most educated Arabs. There are oodles of Arabic dialects out there, so your mileage may vary on this response.
To LucifEr'S AnGEl: You do not need to say "I" in the translations. It's already understood. So it still means "I love you." Arabic is different from English, you know.
