Ive done weight watchers....its approximately 50 calories....but its really not based on calories but fibre content/fat etc... Stick with their plan...I lost 28lbs in 8 weeks....stick with it!!

Weight watchers points are calculated based on three things... fiber grams, fat grams, and actual calories. The more fiber and the less fat something has at a particular calorie level, the less points it will be. I guess if I were to estimate I'd say roughly 75 calories per point, as long as you're not talking french fries!
The weight watchers system is designed to not deprive someone while getting them to make healthier food choices.
