Fish of all types, poultry such as partridges, pigeons, etc...Goats, sheep, cattle, camel and all types of buck, buffalo and rabbits above must be with prayer, then properly slaughtered by a Muslim according to Islamic rules; otherwise their meat will be considered Haraam.

Fish does not have to be slaughtered. A fish that has died a natural death but is still not permissible to eat.

All carnivorous (meat eating) animals and birds, e.g. lions, tigers, vultures, eagles, etc. any Halaal animal that has died due to natural causes, killed by some wild animal, by a fall, blow or slaughtered by a non-Muslim is Haram.

Contamination of a Halaal food---with Non-Halaal food-- is ruled NON-HALAAL, HARAAM AND UNACCEPTABLE.

Al Baqarah 2:173- He hath only forbidden you dead meat, and blood, and the flesh of swine, and that on which any other name hath been invoked besides that of Allah. But if one is forced by necessity, without willful disobedience, nor transgressing due limits, then is he guiltless. For Allah is Oft-forgiving Most Merciful.

All meat that is not slaughtered according to Islamic Law is haram including chicken and red meat. The only prohibited meat is swine. Chicken and red meats (i.e. beef, lamb, goat, venicine, etc.) are permitted when they are slaughtered in accordance to Islamic law. All seafood is halal.

well, assuming that Judaism's Kashrut, and Islam's rules are in agreement on this aspect...

a food's kosher-ness is not merely dependant on its species, but that it was raised appropriately, slaughtered appropriately, and treated properly after slaughter

for example if a chicken was exposed to non-kosher environment at any point at or after slaughter, didn't have the blood drained properly, ect. it would not count as kosher.
