People in Canada, Australia, Europe harvest vegetables and fruits and numerous other produces and they're not hiring illegal aliens - OH BY THE WAY! in case you didn't know! A small percentage of people who farm and pick produce in AMERICA are actually illegals, -- GO DO SOME RESEARCH!

Listen, if a farmer doesn't know how to manage their farm properly, then it doesn't matter what happens to their crops. What you call "bad" is only compost to enrich the soil for the next crop to come. You probably have no actual idea just how many crops are let go to rot on purpose so that the owners can get insurance money & government loans. Americans can do these jobs, but the farmers don't want to pay their own kind! That's life...learn to accept it!

Oh Woody, would you please put your vested interest to rest on this subject. If only the growers could find illegals willing to pick the fruits and veggies. They can't - they are building houses and moving into professional occupations with fake documents, diplomas, you name it. Just got the name of a CPS worker in L.A. pulling in big bucks with fake documents. I won't report her because I do not have first hand info. But isn't that a shame - citizens with real degrees unable to get that slot because she jumped ahead of all the others from Mexico and bought her degrees and documents and is undoubtedly thumbing her nose at the "indigeous" illegals. Isn't that just how it is with Mexicans who "get respect?"

You are disingenuous because we do not know your connection to the illegals question other than to believe you are an activists making money as long as the dilemma remains. If you read my blogs you will see what I mean.

Do you really think the fruit grown in America would go bad if illegal aliens were not here to pick them? What would really happen is the Americans would do the job, but would demand higher wages for jobs with such labor. These companies are taking advantage of illegal aliens; but... instead of them taking the money they've already earned and going back to their own country in order to try and grow their own crops, they want to blame Americans for their rising problems here in America. How can you blame Americans for not wanting them to break our laws & abuse our systems. They've used us enough... so if they were as smart as they say they are, they would realize it is all coming to an end & they should take what they have alread earned & go home.
