It seems like every week their telling us something else is bad for us, then the next week its good for us, It's so confusing! Has anybody heard anything lately, that's bad for You that you thought was good for you?

Yes, I'm tired of it. I just decided to take all things in moderation, and I'm happier that way.

I think it is good to be informed. There are healthy foods out there and I
think you have to do the best you can to eat healthy. Don't feel so overwhelmed. Just eat lots of fruit and veggies, organic if you can, take a
multivitamin and stop worrying. Stress can kill you too.

I'm sick of hearing about it too. I'm pretty sure my grandparents never worried as much as people do now. And what's up with all the food allergies lately in the last 10 years?

it is tiring to hear the researchers telling the public about certain foods that hold health benefits, then later, say some foods might kill you or some other blabbery..i just eat whatever i want, i dont want to live in fear and or paranoia!..takes away pleasure of enjoying foods.-IMHO

Eat Healthy, drink water, don't smoke.........get hit by car. I believe moderation is the key word to a healthy life. When your number's up, it don't matter how healthy you are.

i just dont listen to them because it changes to often. First its good for you, then bad then good. eat what you like just dont be a hog.
