The drink is called a B-52
Take equal parts of Kahlua, Irish Cream and Grand Marnier. Pour the Kahlua into a pony glass and gently float the Irish cream on top. Finish with a layer of Grand Marnier.

Here's a simple one - Bailey's and Cream.
Just mix Irish Cream and milk to taste, serve over ice.

Of course, you can also drink Irish Cream straight as a shot.

Enjoy!
