You "should" weigh in on more than just a height/weight/frame chart. Look at genetics. If women in your family are a little heavier, you're not going to get down to 115, like the weight charts say. Also, if you're bigger breasted you're going to have a problem with the charts being accurate. The best thing to do is get a body fat analysis done at a local gym, also some newer scales can perform this function. You want your body fat to be in the acceptable range for your age. Other than that, if you feel good, your cholesterol is normal, and your blood pressure is normal, you should be very healthy. As long as you're active 30 minutes a day and eat lots of healthy foods...

if you're 5 ft you should weight 100 and you add 5 lbs for every inch after that so about 115 give or take a few

whatever your doctor says is healthy. everyone is different. you don't need a standardized weight. just live a healthy lifestyle, and lay off the cheetos.
