you can use nero 6 Ultra Edition or there are some others out there that work good to.Like sonic , windows movie maker

Windows XP comes with Windows Movie maker. It's slightly unstable but it does work.

it is quite pricey (aroound $1000), but it can be free if you know where to look. not encouraging piracy, but this is just an inconvenient truth.

nero 7 about fifty bucks . please note..free does not mean the best...this is the best.
