that is practicly glued to her back, so i cant get a minute alone with the girl. any advice on a situation like this??? please???

k, take some friends with u for confidence, then tell her friends "can i borrow ur friend for a min, i promise i'll bring her back" then if her friend(s) dont agree, tell the girl u like "well, wat can i do, i dont have their permission, they're the boss i guess" and she'll get pissed off, then she'll want to talk to u just to show that she is in charge not her friend.........
and then u ask her.

Yes when you talk to her talk to her loud mouth friend as well. Become a member of her circle!
And when the timing is right...ask for a moment alone or something.
Don't just ask her out...get to know her. Be a friend along with being a hopeful lover.

just walk up to the girl you like and dont be afraid of what the loud mouth girl will say because your deal is with the girl you like. So calmly walk up to her and ask if you can talk to her along for a minute. Then bring her just to the side and ask her.

I think the note is a good idea, offer your email, phone number,etc
or
walk up and say may I see you for a minute.... "alone"
and when she steps away from loud mouth.. ask her for her number

write her a note and slip it to her in the hall telling her you would like to meet someplace alone.
call her on the phone.
realize that if she has a loud mouth friend who is always around that prob won't change so you have to try to find a way to get around it!

have you thought of being friends with her friend? if she is always with miss loud mouth, then it's best to be on good terms with miss loud mouth. she should be an ally not an enemy. and when you are on good terms with her, she would even be the one to say good things about you. just make sure that she doesn't fall for you.

Slip her a note. Find her number. Befriend the noisy other. Bet the noisy one fancies you herself and she's loud because she wants to impress you!

approach her, whether her friend is there or not, and say you need to talk to her privately after school about something important. be sure to tell her not to worry, that you just need a few minutes alone with her.
