Ghandi, and for the most part, yes. Unfortunately. The falacy of his observastion was that Jesus new we couldn't be completely Christlike, thats why he died for us. The Christian is always a work in progress.

I don't know who said it but I couldn't agree more!

Seems these days that many Christians have forgotten about tolerance, unconditional love and forgiveness. If we are all created in his image, then how can they hate so many people who have a different believe system than they do? How do you kill in the name of God when he practiced unconditional love for everyone? Since when does God judge and hate and condemn based on religious views? Is it good enough to believe in something? We're all trying to get to the same place, there just happen to be a few different paths to get there.

It's really sad that the faith has come to this... Jesus Christ was a peaceful man who was full of love and light. His followers just don't seem to be that way at all anymore... They are self-righteous haters who can't seem to get past the fact that they are so right, the ONLY ones who are right, and that therefore everyone else is wrong... How narrow-minded and naive can you be??

Grrrr, I could go on but I think you get my point. And for the record, not all Christian's are this way, of course. I'm more talking about the Evangelicals who are out to take over the world.

If you haven't yet, watch the JESUS CAMP movie... It'll scare the crap out of you!

I have seen this on this site and it makes me sad.

Sometimes Christians spend more time judging and bashing others and "proving God" that they forget to love and encourage.

I would never do this to others because this behavior was one to me when I became saved and these people were in spiritual authority.

Being a christian is not about being somber and miserable it is knowing and accepting the joy of the Lord see Psalm 16:11.

When people say you are unlike your Christ they are saying you are not acting and behaving the way our Lord Jesus did.

Either you are one of two witnesses for Jesus a good witness or a bad witness.

God bless you and thank you for posting.
