I never use a recipe and everyone raves about my soup. I use :
2 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup diced fresh carrots
1 stalk celery, diced
1/4 cup diced onions
spaghetti or anghel hair pasta broken into fourths
Wylers chicken boullion cube(quantity is up to you, but follow my directions)
Water
First you boil the breasts in a big kettle with about 6 cups of water
until cooked thru. Remove and chop into bite size pieces. Keep the water in the pot, add about 2 more cups water, salt, pepper, 1/4 tsp. garlic salt and a pinch of poultry seasoning. Add carrots, celery and onion to water. Also add about 5 boullion cubes and the chicken. Cook until carrots tender but not mushy. Keep tasting and add boullion, salt and pepper to taste. Add the pasta and cook until tender, not mushy. It serves about 8 people. If you want left overs, you will have to add a little water when you reheat becuse the noodles will soak up a lot.

Chicken noodle (or rice) soup
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
3 carrots cut into "pennies"
2 celery stalks chopped
1 medium onion chopped
3 cans lo fat lo sodium chicken broth or 1 big box
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp salt
10-12 whole black peppercorns
1/2 bag of noodles cooked and drained (4 cups of rice if you want chicken rice soup)
Saute onions carrots and celery in scant amount of olive oil in bottom of a stock pot. Add chicken broth and bring to boil, turn down to simmer and let cook 15 min at a simmer. Add chicken and spices. Add enough water to cover vegetables and enough to cover noodles (rice)Simmer another 30 min. Add noodles (rice) just before serving and heat through. Freezes well.
Serve with plenty of crackers and cheese or peanut butter. A cup of hot chocolate made with real milk would top it off for me!

2 x chicken breast fillets
1/2 cup rice (uncooked)
6 x chicken stock cubes (or just add to taste)
3 carrots
1/4 cabbage
1/4 cauliflower
1 small celery stick
1 leek or onion
salt and pepper to taste
bring large pan of water (soup pan 10 litres) to boil. Add both chicken breast and bring back to boil. Boil until chicken has broken up (can break up whilst cooking if you like). Add all of the vegetables (roughly chopped). Add the chicken stock to taste. Add the rice and flavor with salt and pepper...simmer gently until ingredients are soft...(about an hour)
My kids dont love vegies but they love this...its my grannies recipe...very healthy and low fat (hence the chicken breast fillet rather than legs or carcass)

This is what I do...
1 whole frozen skinnless chicken breast(Like the kind you buy in the bag frozen or fresh, your choice)
1/2 Jar of those chicken boulion cubes
1/4 bag shredded carrot "match stix"(or you can dice your own
1 piece of celery "peeled" and diced
1 bag of "home made noodles(amish or whatever you store carrys, usually close by the chicken section or in the "noodle aisle"
In a large pot put water(about 3/4 pot) and frozen chicken breast in.
bring to a boil til chicken is done
Take chicken out of pot and set aside.
put in your boilion cubes about 1/2 jar(10, give or take a few depending on your taste)
add noodles as cubes disolve
"shred your chicken" and place it back in pot along with carrots and celery
Boil til noodles are tender(NOT MUSHY) and ta dahh!!!
I hope this helps you... My son and family love it this way. I know people swear by certain recipes, but this is what we do. If you have too much left over, refridgerate til next day and freeze in plastic containers like tupperware or glad or dolar store plastic seal type containers
Have a great evening!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aNCQj
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

I would suggest saute chopped liver in pan and add to pasta sauce either white or red based and pour over. The one I had used was tomato based and called chicken liver caruso but the only difference was a liquor, a brandy was added for flavor along with tarragon to the livers
