I love scalloped corn, and I make it at least once a month. Here is the recipe... it's super easy and delicious.Enjoy and best of luck! :)
2 cans of cream style corn
1 can of whole kernel corn (drained)
3 eggs
3 cups milk
4 cups crushed saltine crackers
4 tablespoons butter

Mix milk, eggs, 3 c. crackers, and all the corn together. Pour into a buttered pan. Sprinkle the remaining crackers on top, then put the chunks of butter on top. Bake in a 375 oven for about 40 mins, or until the crackers are browned and the sides are set. The middle will look jiggly, but its really done. :)
