How much was this for? If it was more than $100, sometimes the local sheriff department will get involved because it is fraud. Call the authorities in your area and the area that you sent the money order and see what your options are.

Call them up. Provide your money order #. If it is well reputed company, they will take care of it. Otherwise, you are out of luck. You can file a complaint at post office for mail order fraud.

If it is a well known company, google them and get the address of their corporate office and write to the President of the company with your complaint.
If they are not contacting you, seems as if you were "taken." It's too easy to get scammed online, especially from companies with which you are NOT familiar. They probably are not contacting you because they are not a real company.
Go to: bbb.org and put their information on the site, see if there are complaints about them.

if you kept the little receipt that tears off the money order, there is a number on there you can call to track your money order..see where it went first and get as much info on the company you sent it to ..dont stop at emails..you have to find the physical address and the their phone number. if you cant find them file a police report ..they stole from you.

you should be careful when choice to buy things from internet.and should to choose the ones with good credit standing. You must have the bills or something to prove You have payed to buy things but did not got them. maybe you can remind them if they foget to deliver or have something wrong with the deliver. If they cheat on purpose you should let them pay for it
