Why would you do that? I think Pizza hut was trying to start that trend with their stuffed crust.
What would be thebenifit of eating from the crust first.

Nope. I end up leaving the crusts on the plate or giving them to the dog.

No, it makes no sense to eat the crust first. Pizza Hut originally did try to start that trend for their crust to focus on the cheese in the crust.
