Planning to move to Charlotte, NC from NY and would love to get some info on this town (aside from charlotte.com)
Anybody from charlotte??? Any comments in this town...good or bad?

We relocated from NY in 1998 -- lived in South Charlotte first and now in Union county. We love it here -- have 3 kids, 2 still in elementary school and one in middle school. Check this site for school reports: http://www.ncreportcards.org/src/ listed by county, then choose individual school.
