Last month my doctor told me that if i don't stop eating cake I could lose my feet. The problem is I really love cake. I had a birthday cake last night. It wasn't my birthday but it was on the clearance table at the Piggly Wiggly and I just had to get it. Some day's I'll eat cake for all five meals and sometimes for for dessert too. I do hate it when my finger's get all tingly and my toes are numb but the cake is so good I can't stop. They didn't have any cakes today so I just bought six cans of frosting. The double fudge by betty crocker is awesome. I like to eat it with a butter knife. I know a spoon would be easier but a butter knife is more fun. I make a game out of it. This morning I couldn't feel my arms. I think it could be my matress. It's old and sags and cut's off circulation. Could eating cake really make my feet fall off?. I think my doctor is wrong. What do you think?

If you think this description is funny, I feel bad for your sense of humor and anyone who falls for it. There are people with serious problems that develop diabetes who may lose their extremities due to poor circulation. I hope that you would have more compassion for others when speaking in such a jerky manner.

Listen to your doctor. Your feet won't literally fall off. It will be much worst than that. They will literally rot off, you see. They will eventually turn black and blue and decay. This happens from too much sugar in your body. The circulation shuts down to your limbs. Study a little bit about diabetes. If that does not scare you into studying diet and sugar, in the diet, nothing will. Better starting taking life a little more seriously if you like living.

If you are diabetic and you continue to eat like this, then yes you could lose your feet, hands, etc... unless you go into a coma and die first.

If you're diabetic, yes. If not, you're insensitive and a jerk. Choose your evil.
