I have never seen bank info requested. Your info is already on your credit report.

Chose one of Credit Reporting Agencies, look in the website and see what type of information is requested by them.

Yes all three major credit companies, Equifax, Trans Union and Experian all give a free report all you have to do is identify yourself. Read every page carefully so you don't get conned is buying anything. By law they have to give you one free report each year.
In Georgia it is 2 per year
