stabbing pain! cannot eat or even drink! I just found out I have one. It isn't fun. Maalox will help the cramping , but you need to get a Doctor to give you some Nexium. Good Luck!

Nausea/vomiting, sharp stomach pains, low energy...at least, that's what I had.
