My uncle and unt are smoking cigarets everyday and they say its there nervs. what can they do to help there nervs please i dont know what to do!

Dear, they smoke because they want to. U can't make them quit. They have to want to quit. If it is a question of nerves, they can see a dr for some anti anxiety meds, or they can see the dr for some medication to help them quit. They will be more successful if they both quit.

People smoke because they want to smoke. "Nerves" is an excuse.
I know people who cut open a pregnant woman's abdomen, take out a live baby, and sew the woman up, making sure that everything goes back in place and she doesn't bleed to death, and they are on-call to be called to do this in emergency situations where people could die; they can be called anytime, 24 hours a day to do emergency C-secions. If there is anyone in the world who has stress or "nerves", it would be them. But they do not smoke.

For those chronic smokers, nothing can change their habit until one day they develop severe disease (e.g. heart attack) and by stopping the smoking habit lessen the pain - then you may see the change. Don't be suprise, sometime they still too ignorant to stop.

oh that is sweet. you don't want them to smoke because of the risks involved. well smoking is very addictive and it is often very hard for someone to quit cold turkey. i tried throwing my dads ciggs away but all that did was make him mad. tell them how you feel and that you don't want to loose them . you may be surprised by the results.

You can't do anything.....this is not your problem.
They will continue to smoke until they get smart and stop.
