I have this friend that started a new job a bout 3-4 months ago witha private company. From what she's told me- seems like she was very attracted to her boss from the first day she met him. A few weeks after working she decided to start flirting with him and one thing led to another- they slept together. Her boss also happens to be married but the passion took over their senses and they did it anyway. She told me that his winee smelled funny and made it impossible for her to keep having relations with him but- he seemed to like her alot. After that fisr insident- he won't leave her alone and tries to corner her to ksis her, touch her and get whatever she can out of her. I've told her to quit her job but- they pay her really well where she works and it would be hard for her to get a better job than the one she has. What do i tell her? She's too embarrased to tell him that his smelly winnee is what turned her off and she wants nothing from him anymore?

Has your friend ever heard the term sexual harassment? She needs to tell this guy in plain common English that she wants nothing more to do with him on a personal level. If he continues to pursue her, she can press charges on him. The first step, however, is to woman-up and let him know she doesn't want him touching her anymore.

What you should tell your friend is that she needs to file a complaint about him because now it is turning into harassment. The fact that they slept together is going to be hard to deal with and more than likely, he will bring that up and throw that in her face. When he corners her and tries to kiss and touch her, that is sexual harassment because she doesn't want him touching her like that. So she should file a complaint and also get some legal advice because he could also turn out to be aggressive and use that they have slept together as a target. And if push does come to shove, she might have to quit her job. Ask her this, does money mean more to her than her self respect, dignity and self-esteem? I think you guys will find a solution and if she asks herself those questions, she'll know what to do. I hope everything works out for you and your friend....good luck!! Also as a precaution, talk to her about a possible restraining order...just to be on the safe side!!
