You should definitely eat a small meal just to keep your blood sugar stabilized. The key to losing weight, in addition to exercise, is to eat several small and nutritious meals per day in order to keep your blood sugar at a consistent level. That way, your body does not have huge swings up and down and you burn calories more efficiently. Not eating, even if you are not hungry, will cause your body to consider itself in a starvation mode and it will start to conserve it's fat stores, which is what you don't want to happen. Also, you will be ravenous in the morning if you do not eat something at night, and are more tempted to overeat because of it.

Keep busy and eat 6 small meals/snacks a day.

If you aren't hungry, don't eat a meal, but you might want to eat something high in fiber (apples, applesauce, celery, carrots, just about any veggie, etc.) There are many fiber tablets available over the counter, but take them as directed or you may feel very bloated and ill. Fiber helps you feel full, but eating 3 meals a day leaves time open where you don't feel that.

Here are a few suggestions:
1) Eat low calorie snacks about 6 times a day, as opposed to 3 big meals.
2) Make sure at least 3 of those meals are high in fiber.
3) Find something to do in the later hours of the day if you start to feel hungry. Preferably something that keeps you away from the fridge and fast food joints.

Honey, I can only tell you what worked for me: ever since I started doing dinner cancelling, it's been so easy to lose weight.
The advice I can give you is not to eat when you're not feeling hungry. If you get hungry later at night, you can have a small snack like a piece of fruit or drink lots of water. But from my own experience, skipping dinner because i wasn't hungry is a great way to lose weight. Don't force yourself to eat just because you're supposed to have 3 meals. Do what feels right for your own body, ok?

Eat fruit or cereal around 5:30 so that you won't get hungry by the time you go to bed. If you're still hungry fill yourself up with water
I lost 30lbs by skipping dinner and exercising instead, i know it's hard the first time, but you'll get used to it by 2 weeks... If you want to loose weight I totally recommend it

Eat a premade meal : like a TV dinner that has measured calories. Nothing else. Try lean cuisine or Healthy choice

According to my doctor, you should eat six small meals a day. This keeps your metabolism constantly working.

Focus on protein. Carbs/sugars are not necessarily bad, but keep them limited. Remember most fruits are mostly sugar. Drinks lots of water too.
