Historically, i believe they dip a bit in January...but no one can truly predict it.

Yes. They will go up or down. The Federal Reserve doesn't know how to leave them alone that long.

they are not going to move, the economy is growing extremely slow right now and i think the upcomming holiday season will only bring us back to where we need to be. Maybe in march they will move.
