this is a scary situation, but your friend is very fortunate to have you in her life. you're a great friend for caring enough to want to do something to help her get well.
I wouldn't wait. she's been in the hospital due to her low potassium level. that can make your heart stop, if not caught in time. next time she might not be so fortunate.
talk to her parents about her problem, and let them know what's going on with her if they don't already know. it sounds like she needs to be in a treatment center where they can deal directly with her disorder, and where they have people who can watch her day and night. I know she asked you to just let her be, but I'm afraid if you do that, you'll be watching her die.
none of this is your fault, and I hope that you can talk to your parents about what's going on, because you are in a tough situation yourself, and you need extra love and support right now too.
your friend may be upset at first, but she'll get over that, and thank you later for helping save her life.
remember to stay strong, things will get better.
I will keep you both in my prayers.

How scary for you! So frustrating. I think the best thing you can do for your friend is a) to be there and b) suggest that she gets one to one counselling from a specialist in eating disorders or even quietly suggest it to her parents who can then suggest it to her.
At least she is attending group therapy so that is a start. Does she realize that she could have a heart attack?
If she's gonna carry on, she won't dance any more shows. I only wish her dance teacher would tell her she's too thin and needs to gain a little weight.
Best wishes.

You need to tell her parents. I know that is hard to do but it is a matter of life and death. They have to get help for her. She cannot do it alone and the meetings are not enough, if that is even true. Someday she will thank you.

She needs more than weekly meeting she needs professional help. You and her friends and parents need to intervene before she dies

first pray for ther then tell her how much you love her and need her to live, the only other thing that i can tell you is that if she doesnt want the help you can't help her.
