The brain is constantly surrounded by a liquid known as cerebrospinal fluid, or CSF. This liquid would provide any "pressure" in the brain. Under normal conditions, the brain is under no physical pressure from the CSF, as there is neither too much nor too little fluid. Conditions in which there is too much fluid can occur, as in the case of hydrocephaly. It is also possible to have too little fluid, often after a lumbar puncture is conducted. The result of this negative pressure, is a mild to moderate headache.

Yep. Intracranial pressure. An injury to head can cause swelling and increase intracranial pressure leading to even more brain damage. The central nervous system is a closed system with cerebralspinal fluid as a transport medium and protection against bumps and other physical trauma.

One of the pressure,blood pressure does exist. The other fluid pressure, yes may be.
You meant mental pressure, yes, it existed.
