Chocolate chip cookies. The ones from toll house that you just break apart and bake.
Frito Pie. You open cans of chili Amount of cans depends on the amount of people. But it in a microwave safe dish and set timer for 15 minutes. Take it out and top with Frito's.
Trail Mix - Put them in individual baggies for each kid.
You could also buy store bought Halloween cookies or cupcakes.
I would have a better idea of what to tell you if I knew what age group it is for. I am going by my daughters age group which is 10.
Good Luck.

depends? if you have kids or adults...usually finger foods will do..like make sandwiches..chicken or egg then cut it in like 4 parts put a toothpick in it, chips and dips never fails..popcorn.. chicken..put some salt pepper garlic then fry..small parts will do.. hotdog bits like the cocktail ones, put it in a toothpick with either cheese ot pineapple.. put ketchup around the plate so it will look like blood since it's a halloween party, do not forget the candies.. you'll never go wrong with coldcuts..just finger foods will be ok..i think..happy halloween!!
