Some one told me there is a programme I can download (and pay) that will enable my computer to read any reagion dvds and i won't have to worry about how many times I change the configuration on my computer (only 1 left). If anyone can help me out, I'd really appreciate.

different format...you need a power dvd program capable of playing them..buy a program at a local computer shop...its pal and ntsc...two different languages.

DVD's have what's called different regons. Europe, China, Japan and America are some. Your hardware may not be compatable with the regon. There may be software. Check google for something that can read diffrent regions.

You don't have change your DVD drive or anything
Just install VLC media player. That's the software others are talking about.
It's open source and free.
In the following site, look in the media players section.
