Your transcripts will transfer but you will start out with no grade until you actually do some work and get a score for it. The teacher will pro-rate your grade so you are at the same level as the other students who have been in the class since the beginning.

Your grades at your previous school will. Your grades at the new school depend on a few things:1. the teachers 2. your attitude/feelings about the change 3. your involvement in the class. I found out with my two daughters that if you're not happy with the change that you won't do as well for the first year or so. It really depends on you, your teachers and how much effort you make to improve or go downhill~gradewise.

Usually the grades stay the same in the same state, unless there is drastic changes in the grading scale.

No... sometimes you have to start over, or sometimes they will take your credits from previous schools.
