God created Eve as a pardner for Adam, so are they not trying to overturn the beginning of creation?

men is a little lower than the angels, but set above animals Why did Christ leave His heavenly dwelling place, Did He not come to atone for sins? And does that make Him an agent of sin? As for judging, you are judging me for asking these questions.

everyone seems to think that one sin is greater than their own. But did not Jesus say the republican who beat upon his breast and did not dare raise his eyes to heaven, and pleaded to God "Be merciful unto me a sinner." went home more justified than the pharisee who pointed out the republicans sins?

And they were created as adults, too. That doesn't mean everyone born as an infant is going against God's design.
Look... most people, even priests and pastors, misinterpret the passages about homosexuality.
The story of Sodom and Gomorrah? That's a warning against rape and inhospitality. The reason for Sodom's destruction is made clear in Ezekiel 16:48-50. According to Ezekiel, the sins of Sodom were pride, laziness, being inhospitable, neglecting the needs of the poor, greed, and idolatry (the worshipping of idols). Nothing about homosexuality is mentioned.
Leviticus? Those passages were part of the Holiness Code which has been done away with and is no longer binding to modern-day Christians (or anyone else for that matter).
1 Corinthians? Mistranslation - the word malakee in this passage is used elsewhere in the Bible to mean someone who lacks discipline or one who is morally weak, and never is it used in reference to sexuality or gender.
1 Timothy? Also a mistranslation. 1 Timothy was an admonishment against male prostitution, not committed, loving same sex relationships.
Romans? In the passage the Greek words physin and paraphysin have been translated to mean natural and unnatural respectively. Contrary to popular belief, the word paraphysin does not mean "to go against the laws of nature", but rather implies action which is uncharacteristic for that person. An example of the word paraphysin is used in Romans 11:24, where God acts in an uncharacteristic (paraphysin) way to accept the Gentiles. When the scripture is understood correctly, it seems to imply that it would be unnatural for heterosexuals to live as homosexuals, and for homosexuals to live as heterosexuals.

What nonsense.
Although christians like to bash homosexuals these days (some seem to do nothing else), Jesus didn't say a word about it.
I don't know why contemporary christians spend so much time on the subject. They'd be better off discussing the huge number of divorces within their own ranks.

God created the animal kingdom as well, animals act by instinct. If it is as abominable as you say it is, why are there animals that engage in homosexual activity?
2. In a German Zoo recently, they discovered a pair of gay male penguins, they have no eggs to raise and all, but they are finding materials to make a "nest" with each other.
The Bible said God created Adam and Eve, what if on the other side of the planet there was another creation myth... and it was Adam, Eve and Steve? All living in harmony? All things are possible because we were not there at the begining and there is no proof that it is or is not so
Did God create animals and their instincts or not? Or now we blame the devil, when God's mold doesn't fit into our human created ideas of what HE is or how HIS doctrine was MEANT to be? Puritanism can be such a self-limiting concept when its abused. I am not gay, but to discriminate and judge vs being gay... in God's eyes which sin is more deserving of eternal darkness? Sin is sin isnt it?

Yes, Homosexuals are very much in denial and sadly some Christians compromise and feed them that God is accepting of their lifestyle or label even if they are in abstinence from their sexual orientation. Satan has created the thoughts in some peoples minds that this is the way that God has intended and Homosexuals were born that way which is a lie from Hell.

Are fundamentalist christians so in denial, that they ignore the parts of the bible that tell them not to judge? Or how about the part of Leviticus (where the infamous "Do not lie with a man as you would with a woman" comes from) that calls for the public stoning of disobedient children? How about the parts that condone selling your daughter into slavery?
It's easy to pick and choose which parts you want to believe, and adhere to. The creation story is just that...a story.

Homosexuality is choice, regardless of what people claim. Some may be more influenced to it than others. It is wrong. God accepts sinners and will forgive them when asked. For more details, read Romans chapter 1.

"If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them." Leviticus 20:13. "Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them." Romans 1:32.

If we search hard enough the Bible can be used an a case for almost everything.
Personally I do not care if someone is a homosexual or not as long as they do not shove their belief system in my face.

Anyone who says that God accepts them the way they are as an excuse for their bad behavior has probably make up a god to suit themselves and would also be guilty of idolatry.
And yes, God created them, male and female, to be joined together as one. Any other way is a form of rebellion against God and not the way he created it. However, I believe you can argue that homosexuality is natural, as is lying, stealing, etc. for the natural man is prone to sin and can do nothing but.

God does not accept sinful behavior, and homosexuality is an abomination to God. They can whine and rant all they want, but they are indeed in denial.
