getting highlights, cutting ur hair (layers, side bangs, whatever looks good on u)

braids- 1 or 2, french braids (search how to french braid on Q search), side braid
ponytails- half, side, pigtails
buns- loose and messy
gel- scrunch it
iron- curl it (ask ur mom or older sister), crimp it
accessories- headbands, scarves, cute clips, cute bows, bandanas.
hair part- part it on the side
bangs- clip them up

here are some suggestions to get wavy/curly hair. i havent tried some of them, but i ve heard that they work-
curl with iron or rollers
put some hairspray in ur hair before going to bed and the tossing and moving will create random waves
braid ur hair and when u remove it there will be waves
put some defining product in ur hair and keep twirling it around ur finger. then, finger comb gently through to separate the waves
use sea salt spray or surf spray. sea salt will give really pretty beach waves
use mousse
scruch it with gel (try a different brand, aussie maybe)
get a perm for a more lasting solution

since ur screen name is soccer, i take it that u are into sports. i suggest the french braids, messy bun, or ponytail when playing a game. for practice, "poof" up ur bangs with bobby pins to keep ur hair out of ur face and then tie ur hair back. headbands work great too.

good luck!

Wash your hair before you go to bed and put some product in it. The next morning add a little more product in and style it with your curling iron or try to scrunch it again. Redken products really work good. There is a shampoo its called opticurl and its awesome. It makes your hair smell nice and gives you curls.

Try twisting sections of it while it's wet. You probably want to use a curl activator, and maybe something to calm the frizzies. Then sleep on it, or blow dry it. When you take it down, it will be curly. Also try:
Messy bun
Twisting sections of your hair back into a messy bun
two low pigtails
two french braids (halfway back or all the way)
low side ponytail.
Just be creative and have fun! Hope i helped!

Put it in a really messy bun or loose ponytail of to the side with a ribbon in it (if you like the preppy look) or just keep trying to scrunch it and use different kinds of gel

Depending on how long your hair is, you could cut it shorter to give it a bit of a bounce. If you know how to braid hair, you could give it sort of a wave by putting you hair in many braides after you've taken a shower and let it dry that way.

If you wanted to go extreme you could get a perm, i know their for old grannies but they get a brickwall perm where as i would get the spiral perm..it looks totally hot!
or just get some hot curlers and put them all over your hair and you can get curly but pretty . you can do heaps with straight hair, crimp it, curl it, plait it leave it in for a few days and let it out and it will leave a cool effect...anything just be creative....lol

I recently bought a 3 barrel curling iron. It forces your hair around each barrel making a soft wavy pattern.
It is made by Vidal Sassoon. I like it a lot!

well, if you want to scrunch it, make sure your hair is wet, then scrunch with your fingers and hairspray the crap out of it while your scrunching. You can also try buns, french braids, regular braids, and cornrows.
