Illinois doesn't have Powerball, but Indiana does.

Illinois Lottery offers Megamillions (formerly The Big Game) as part of the consortium of big-state lotteries, to counter Powerball. The smaller state lotteries banded together a few years before to offer Powerball to counter the big pots generated by the big state lotteries like Illinois.

A Chicagoan needing to feed their Powerball fix would drive to either Wisconsin or Indiana to play.
