My friend scored a 170+ and I scored a 132. He is extremely brilliant in his problem solving and I have a gift similar to his. I am not as quick to find a solution by far, but I come with similar solutions. I heard his score from a teacher talking to another teacher. Back to the subject, does this mean he is a genius and alot smarter than me? Or is it, as he says, the ability to learn, apply, and recall information as apposed to knowledge?

Lol thanks for using me as a reference. As I told you before, you are very smart. Being smart is different than being intelligent. You are in the 98+ percentile, which is great. Focus on gaining knowledge as apposed to giving so much concern to your score.
On a personal note, I did ask you not to tell, lol, thanks for spreading it on the Internet. For correction, Einstein's IQ was estimated at 160, Marilyn Vos Savant's was documented at 229, in case anyone needs accurate information. I also agree that EQ is very important. A drive for success leads to success, not just potential. Einstein was a savant( not to be confused with Vos Savant). He had physics, mathematics, and other sciences under his mastery, however he struggled with english, and lacked common sense. He was unable to grasp simple concepts, but was still able to pioneer nuclear physics and the use of nuclear power in the Manhattan Project. Einstein was a paradox. Regardless, he was an uncommonly brilliant man even among genieses.

Yes, his score is VERY high. Einstein's IQ was about 192. 132 is by no means a low score. Your IQ is within the top 4% of all people, so that's not too bad.
Remember though, your EQ (Emotional Quotion) is much more important than your IQ.
Don't make too big a deal about IQ. It's what you do with your intelligence that really counts.
JFK's IQ was only about 117.

100 is an average IQ. Einstein probably didn't have 174. That can't be a "Real" test given by a trained professional. That would be the only score that would count ... a test given by the school psychologist.

JFK was about 112. The highest of any of my students over many years is 145 and that is by far out of the norm.

it would not count number what your age is, your IQ is your IQ. as an social gathering, my daughter develop into examined at ten years old and were given a 136. She is taken under consideration a genius. better exciting develop into the breakdown, though. Like, she scored extremely extreme in math and technology, and basically ordinary in speed. Your score is above ordinary, yet in case you look on the breakdown, you may want to discover that you scored a genius aspect in some parts.
