It would be wrong as the devil, but it is possible.
The weirdest mix i have seen is a weinner dog with a Rott Weilder.
I do agree with the other smarter people, Make sure the mom is the bigger dog.

It may be physically possible but would be animal abuse if it is allowed to happen if the toy is a female. It would most likely kill the female. If not the mating, then maybe the pregnancy, or the birthing process.
About 30 years ago, I owned a Chihuahua that bred a german shepherd. True story. I didn't get to see the pups because we moved away.

a male lab and a female toy dog, yes. the other combination is still possible, just not likely to work. but remember, these are dogs, not people, and the poor toy could end up hurt. you also might want to talk to a vet. i'm not sure how comfortable or safe it would be for the smaller to dog to carry around a bunch of huge puppies.

i work with dogs for my job so i am the person to ask
if the lab is a male then no you can kill the toy dog because the lab has bigger babies so the dog that is going to have the babies is bigger then it is ok but if it isnt then...well i dont want to think about it

Although theres no reason to breed for mixed breed pups on purpose, it is very possible for dogs of such size disparity to breed, no matter if the mother is or isn't the bigger of the two dogs. Pups of most breeds are similar in size to each other as newborns.

As long as the female is the larger dog, it should be fine. DO NOT allow it if it is the other way around. You will be endangering the lives of the female and the puppies.

that's going to be one funny looking pup. I wouldn't try the bigger dog may just kill the smaller one try'n to do the deed. IE: bleeding, tearing of the other dogs privates. also you have to consider the size of the pups will they be able to survive on what milk a little dog can make for them.

When ever you cross breed you want the mother to be the larger breed. If the mom is the toy then no, that could seriously injure her.
