A woman's ideal weight is 100lbs. at 5 ft. tall. Add 5lbs. for every inch over that. So you should be at least 140lbs. So I would say you are underweight at 110lbs. Has someone told you that you were fat? If they did, they lied!

You are not huge! My my...you sound very thin...I have done some very small runway shows and I am just over 5'6" and weigh roughly 135 pounds. This is for local businesses and shows though. Big time models are very thin, such as yourself. I do not believe you would have to lose a pound to become a runway model. First and foremost, you need to be comfortable with yourself to become a good model. Look inside you, are you happy with yourself? No amount of outside praise will make up for a bad self image. In no way are you fat, and neither am I! I have adopted this as something when I am in shows. I used to hate my looks, and no amount of compliments helped me. I had to see that I wasn't that bad....I had to feel in my heart and mind that my body is mine, and enjot it for what it is. I am healthy, that's what matters. But listen, "I may not be the prettiest girl in the room, but that doesn't mean I'm ugly, I may not be the thinnest girl in the room, but that doesn't mean I'm fat. I'm me. And that's a great thing." Good luck sweetie. Look inside and find the beauty you have within first.... and your outside beauty will show more when you are confident. Watch Tyra Banks shows, her talk show and The Next top model show....she strongly encourages mental health and proper eating. Good luck! I'm sure you are beautiful inside, which is what matters most.

If you were to go and ask that to a doctor you would probably be treated with a eating disorder i am not trying to be rude but that is scary only 110 pounds, whoa i am 1/2 an inch shorter than you and the doc told me my healthy body wieght would be 135 to 140. Herion models will be out of jobs soon i would worry about being healthy and you can still get modeling jobs.

No... And I wouldn't suggest becoming a runway model. They live their lives in the stop light with no privacy. And anyone who says that you are too big should find a lake and jump in it. As long as you are happy with yourself it doesn't matter what others think. You could possibly stand to gain a pound or two.

Your BMI is 17.7, indicating your weight is in the underweight category for women of your height. Talk with your healthcare provider to determine possible causes of underweight and if you need to gain weight.

This is where I found the information:
